Mediums for Decoration with Gravure Cylinders

We manufacture serigraphic mediums for every type of decorating machine, according to the client’s needs. These fluids are specially designed to decorate on ceramic tiles with high speed and under extreme work conditions (humidity, heat, etc.)

The hearts of these products are synthetic resins specially designed for rheological control and suspension ink control.

Quick discharge and recharge of air sacks, maximum definition of the decoration and perfect adherence of the decoration to the glaze are some of the advantages of our mediums.

They allow for multiple decorations to be applied without mixing the colors in the cylinder and with an excellent ink stability. They can be purchased in two versions: ready for their use or concentrated.

We formulate mediums for tinted ink that are suitable for any type of production system, single firing, mono-porous or double firing, quick or with cold plaque.
